Yes, we are able to accommodate guests with gluten intolerance. The chefs can prepare the meal without the use of regular soy. If you bring an unopened bottle of gluten free soy, we will happily cook the meal separately (prepared in the kitchen to avoid cross over); also, if your group fills a table (8 or more) and they do not mind the use of the gluten free soy, we can cook the entire meal at the teppan table.
